Set The Bar Fitness to Launch the MBSC THRIVE Fitness and Sports Performance Program on April 13th

Set The Bar Fitness is very proud to announce that they will be launching the MBSC THRIVE fitness and sports performance program this coming April 13th . As the very first facility in the Midwest to become a fully licensed facility to offer the special MBSC Thrive program, Set The Bar Fitness expects to help more people become interested in starting their journey to achieving a better and fitter body.

Getting fit and losing weight is one of the most common goals for many people today, which is also the reason why different fitness and weight loss programs have been created to cater to this increasing demand. MBSC Thrive is one of these programs that has been garnering a lot of interest and followers simply because it works. And now, MBSC Thrive is finally being brought to the Midwest by Set The Bar Fitness.

ACE Certified Personal trainer and owner of Set The Bar Fitness, Todd Uhlir, together with Jill Craig and Brooks Boyer traveled to Boston to participate in a 4-day training  to become certified trainers for the MBSC THRIVE program. Set The Bar Fitness will not only help develop young athletes,  they also plan to help adults get into the best shape possible in a safe environment that will lead to moving better, feeling better and looking better.

MBSC or Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, named after its creator, primarily focuses on the extensive training of the whole body for improving athletic performance, extensive reconditioning as well as effective one on one personal training. The trainers of MBSC THRIVE analyze the trainee’s specific goals to come up with a personalized plan that will bring great results. Whether a person wants to improve his or her athletic ability, live a balanced and healthier lifestyle or lose weight, an MBSC THRIVE program can be created. Using sustainable witness plans and sport specific training, the trainers at Set The Bar can help people become fit and stay that way for the rest of their lives.

“I love how the THRIVE program is focused on YOU and YOUR goals and there is always someone there to cheer you on or make sure that you are doing everything in the correct and safe way. I never thought I would do anything like this. Now I feel like I can do anything.”
-Sue S.

Set The Bar Fitness’s launching of the MBSC Thrive program is expected to inspire more people to pursue healthier and better lifestyles and help them get into the best shapes of their lives.
